By using FormSync products, plugins, websites, APIs, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

FormSync provides WordPress plugin tools and related services for syncing website form submissions with spreadsheet platforms and related integrations.

2. License & Usage

Users are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use FormSync products according to their active plan or subscription.

  • You may not redistribute premium services illegally.
  • You may not attempt to bypass activation systems.
  • You may not abuse hosted infrastructure.
  • You may not use FormSync for unlawful activities.

3. Free & Pro Features

Some FormSync functionality is available free of charge. Additional premium features may require an active Store ID, paid subscription, valid account status, and remote plan validation.

4. Third-Party Services

FormSync relies on third-party platforms and services including WordPress, WPForms, Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, and WooCommerce. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, API limitations, or failures caused by third-party providers.

5. Availability

We aim to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features, APIs, and services may change or be discontinued at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormSync shall not be liable for data loss, lost profits, website downtime, plugin conflicts, hosting issues, third-party service interruptions, or user misconfiguration.

7. Support

Support availability may vary depending on active plan, subscription status, and support channel availability. We may limit or deny support in cases of abuse, harassment, or misuse.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility may vary depending on product type, subscription duration, service usage, and applicable laws. Please contact support regarding billing or refund requests.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to hosted or premium services if these Terms are violated, abuse is detected, fraudulent activity occurs, or services are misused.
